In this release we mostly concentrated on fixing bugs and increasing
the stability of the server.

Major changes since 0.6:
  * Switched to use Mina 1.1
  * A JMX subsystem with RMI and HTTP connectors was added
  * Serverside streams now also supports "pause" and "seek"
  * Added support for AMF3 in remoting server

  * Bandwidth control code completely refactored.
  * Client buffering code completely refactored.
  * Keyframe informations are cached so files don't need to be reparsed before playback.
  * Connections from Flash Media Encoder and On2 Flix Live supported.
  * Access to shared objects can be limited.
  * Connections can provide a list of remote addresses. This is usefull for proxied RTMPT connections.

Please note that bandwidth control has been disabled in this release as it can cause stability issues and leak memory in high concurrent connection count situations. To enable the bandwidth code (on your own
risk), remove the comments around "BalancedFlowControlService" in conf/red5-common.xml and disable "DummyFlowControlService" instead. This will be fixed in the next version.
