The SMX Components Set

This project started life as a custom set of BBC News Website components for the award winning US Election Map and UK General Election Coverage.

Since then it has been open sourced on osflash and grown into a fully fledged UI alternative to MM v2, including features such as:

• An XML templating markup SMXML.
• Different component themes.
• Simple skinning and styling.
• Fast redrawing and resizing
• Small footprint (around 60k including skins)
