[Flashaid] Name change

I don't think that the current name describes what the tool does: It  
aids Ajax, not Flash. It should really be called Ajax Aid.  Also, I  
don't like the fact that we're using Flash in it (Adobe has been on  
edge about use of their trademark recently.)

So, here goes, a new name and a lovely logo:
