[Flashjs] Can't Compile Errors : Fixed

I have fixed the issue described here:

Basically, the kit would not compile in versions of Flash Authoring  
prior to 7.2. Prior to that LocalConnection was not set as dynamic,  
so you could not dynamically place properties on it.

I have not updated the release yet, but you can grab the update file  
from subversion:
