[Flashjs] not loading JavaScriptFlashGateway.js

Hi:
I am using the toolkit and in my jsp file I try to make use of the JavaScriptFlashGateway.js 
I included it as my script source, I put my jsp pages and the JavaScriptFlashGateway.js file under the same folder as well as the fla source file and the swf file generated from it . they are all under the same folder but the flashtag doesn't work and I can not see the falsh part in my jsp page..

<script type="text/javascript" src="JavaScriptFlashGateway.js">
    var lcId = new Date().getTime();
 var flashProxy = new FlashProxy(lcId, "JavaScriptFlashGateway.swf");  
    </script>
can anyone make any suggestions why it doesn't work? I am doubting that  the jsp page cannot load the JavaScriptFlashGateway.js file, when I use the html doc generated after compiling the fla doc, I can see the flash instance..
