[Flexible] Flexible MXMLBuilder SWF

Hey Andrew, yeah I posted a note out on the RIAForge site about having to
create a Projector from the MXMLBuilder.swf file.

Just open in Flash9 player, hit "File" and choose "Create Projector" - then
run that project file and it'll work ;)

It's a security issue with loading XML for properties and menus - that's why
you're not seeing file/edit/help ;)
