wow that's perfect - I could really see the issue!
Describing that would have been tuff.
I have player r18d60
I can see that it's at least loading the XML, you don't need to make a
projector now ( I fixed that issue ). Just run the FLEXible.swf.
Also, right now, you have to add something to stage first before you'll see
something in the source view. You SHOULD be able to switch to source view
even if the stage is empty without problem however.
