Hi Grant,

"Red5 Listeneing on port 1935".
That is all it says until you connect from flash. 
There is another thread(s) inside mina keeping the server alive. 
Try connecting to it, what happens ?

Thanks for sorting the ant build script etc. 
Cant wait to checkout from svn :)
