Hi Steven,
Yes, actually Im using Javaflash on Linux.
For example, in the FireFox navigator, I resize the window while the flash
movie is playing and it doesnt blink. Why? Is it a Java problem? GTK?
It reminds me of a similar problem resizing movies with Java on Windows
(using JMF), which was solved adding java Dsun.java2d.noddraw=true
in
the command line.
Perhaps there is a similar solution on Linux.
What do you think?
Cheers,
Daniel S.M.

Hi Daniel,
I assume you are using Javaflash on Linux. This is a known issue on Linux
and it is OK on windows. I found on Linux, when you resizing, if the Flash
widget is not refreshed, it won't be re-drawn. I can't find other better
ways to fix this issue. Maybe you can find better ways. :-)

Hi all!, hi Steven :-)
I've a question with the method resize of FlashPlayer object.
I've inserted SWT in my application SWING, using SWT_AWT method.
And I would like to do an animation resizing FlashPlayer object.
For example, it's playing an animation flash in full screen, then a marquee
is appearing of bottom screen while the height of the animation flash is
resizing, but the flash movie blinks when it resizes.
How can I avoid that blinking?
Sorry for my english.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Daniel S.M.
