I think that D. Rorex understood the situation perfectly, and reading

one working with computers should understand perfectly what is going on.

In case one of your colleagues at the Customer Service wants to take
over, the case that I'm talking about was filed with the Macromedia
Customer Number: 4201078948 treated by
customer_service at macromedia.co.uk, and I will be glad to let this list
know, in case MM wants to fix this issue and set things clearer for
cases alike.
