[osflash] SWF DLL Loader

Hi all,

Charles asked a question on the MTASC list that prompted me to make a 
little DLL Loader utility that makes it easy to use SWFs like DLLs. I 
just wrote up a page on it at OSFlash:

This will be added to the experimental branch of ARP (under the utils 
package) as soon as I get a minute to set up the branch.
