Hi Manuel,

It depends on the features you use from Flash forms. ARP Forms are pretty slim form classes with only three methods(show, hide, visible) and the abilitiy to broadcast events throug MM Eventdispatcher(addEventlistener(), removeEventlistener() and dispatchEvent({type:"myEvent"});). If you need additional Functionalities you can extend ARP Form and insert functionality you need for your application, or you use the ARP Framework with traditional MM Flash Forms. The workflow is the same, you just have with Flash Forms in most cases an overhead of functionality and sourcecode.

Hi everyone,

I've been dabbling in the ARP and my knowledge of design patterns is limited but I'm anxious to try to use ARP.  I have however used the standard Flash forms and am familiar with the API.  can I do a direct substitution of an ARPForm fo a Flash form and continue to use the same API and ease into the ARP pattern use etc?
