[osflash] Free vs Open Source

Hi all,

I was just looking through some of the other projects being added to the 
main page and noticed the Riva FLV encoder.

This is a *free* tool but not *open source*. As such, I don't believe it 
belongs on osflash.org but I would like to hear everyone's thoughts on this.

Also, I am not sure yet whether Flashout is open source (and if so, what 
license it's under). This is definitely an important item to clarify as 
"F" plays an important role in the future of FAME.
