[osflash] What about Flare?

I was going to add Flare to the home page, but noticed that the source 
code wasn't available for download (though the program itself is free).  
There was a blurb in there to contact the author if we wanted the source 
code:

I wonder if we can rally for source code to be released?  If we can't 
find source code, it would almost be nice to have a "noteworthy" section 
or something, to link to "free, but not open source" tools.

Flare, by the way, is a .SWF decompiler for Windows / Mac.  Not sure 
when it was last updated...
