I thank all participants of discussion for their opinion.

Though discussions were far from a theme of my question (using of patented
language).

Registration on SourceForge completed successfully.
But someone has occupied a name xml2ui and I had to rename the project in mxml2ui.
My request should be reviewed by SourceForge.net staff in the next two business days (9AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday).

It is necessary to wait a little.
I have time to make training examples;)
