[osflash] mxml on client

Just a quick update on using the system arrow cursor in ActionStep.

You can now do so by calling:
NSCursor.setUseSystemArrowCursor(true);

I prefer it without the custom mouse cursor, so i just comment it out
(NSApplication.as, line 289). Maybe make the use of a custom cursor
optional would be a good idea.
