Welcome to the Netherlands! :)

Registration is at "de Balie" (Kleine-Gartmanplantsoen 10). According to 
the public transportation table (www.9292ov.nl) you should be able to 
get there like so:

 From the Lloyd, walk to the tram-stop at "Rietlandpark". It should be 
near you: it's a 4 minute walk. At 17.10 you should take tram number 10 
in the direction of the "van hallstraat" (there's a tram there approx. 
every 10 minutes incase you want to leave at a different time). You 
should get out at the 11th stop (should be around 17.30) called 
"Leidseplein".
