[osflash] AS2 on Ubuntu

Jeez I wish I'd seen that earlier.  Actually almost everything you would
need to install Eclipse to get it to run with ASDT and Flashout is there
(although the version wouldn't cut it, we need to use Eclipse >= 3.1 ).
Thanks, I'll add that link, and list it as an alternate method (I am not
hacking the eclipse launch script like they are, for example).
