[osflash] Spark & Screenweaver

Hi all,

Yesterday Screenweaver was presented at Spark, as part of the OS-Flash 
session (briljantly introduced & moderated by Aral!). Screenweaver 3 was 
touched on, but the bigger part of SW presentation was on Screenweaver 
4. I've uploaded the slides, if you'd like to have a peek:

I've also committed the latest revision of the Screenweaver 4 alpha 
sources to the repository. The demo'd (Windows) executables are also 
there so you can play around with them if you like, without having to 
compile anything (do read the README.txt file at the 'bin' folder first) :
