[osflash] MTASC and flash

tim,
This is what I was planning to do after Nicolas posts which is developing
with MTASC but then testing the project now and then with the flash ide to
see if it still compile. I am gonna have to make all my classes MTASC
compatible though which might take a while but in the long term the gain of
time will be considerable.
