[osflash] New design

[John Grden]

This is exactly the direction OSflash needs to go - it feels more free, open
and I think comes MUCH closer to representing the true spirit of OSFlash.  I
think someone coming to this site version will be more apt to stick around
and get a true "feel" for what we're all doing out here.
