[osflash] New design

For what little it's worth, I agree with the these comments in that

1) I think the old one looked better.

2) I think the new one feels more accurate to the tone of the group and is
easier to read. I like it better.

3) I'd like the content field to be wider.

I'd also like to say that I preferred the older web site designs where
content accomodated the size of the window that the USER decided that they
wanted it to be. By punting on variable window sizes, designers have given
up on the most significant challenge that they faced.
