[osflash] New design

I agree with Carlos. Again, only constructive criticism...  the logo  
is very childish and unprofessional looking, plus it kind of gives me  
a headache. From a professional design perspective, the logo can not  
be taken seriously.  Although, I definitely approve the move from the  
tan website.

Can we have a design-off like we did with the mascot?

ps: is the font huge?
pps: Nav on the right?
