If I understand you correctly, you want the flash source code?

Unless you are paying big bucks that is not available. There is no
open source flash player. In fact there are not even multiple
competing versions of the flash player, other than older versions. So
when you are looking for a flash player that has feature x or feature
y you are out of luck. There is one version - the one from Macromedia
-  and you either like what it does or you pursue a different
platform.
