[osflash] OFLA Program

In fact you don't need "registration" to attend OFLA, it's just to get an
idea about how many people will come. Of course some people registered on
the wiki might not come, and a lot of people too much lazy to create a wiki
account will come :)

hey about the ofla , if some one wants to attend the conference , do they
have to sign up get a login and password and then edit the page and add
their name, would it be possible to just have like a registrstion form ??
