[osflash] Flade Viewer draft

I have posted a Viewer for Flade
<http://flade.diamondtearz.org/viewer/>that allows you to alter the
values of the different properties of the
particle system and see the effect.

Currently only the particle system properties can be changed in the viewer 
but I will be adding more controls and documentation of the engine in the 
near future. If anyone has some examples or source files that they would 
like to share please let me know. 


Any comments or suggestions on how to make it more useful are welcome.
