[osflash] MTASC 1.10 Released

Hi list,

MTASC 1.10 have now been released on www.mtasc.org
A lot of small bugs or incompatibilities have been fixed, and MTASC should
now be a lot more easy to use. The headers have also been updated so you
start using right now all Flash8 features.

The Linux and OSX versions links should be updated soon.
