[osflash] FDT license

I've been applying for a free FDT 'osflash developer' license with the 
people of PowerFlasher, but without any luck: the last response (asking 
for more info) I got was a month ago and I haven't heard of them ever 
since. I've send them a few reminders, but to no avail.

Is this an isolated incident or are more osflash developers not being 
granted a license as anounced at
