[osflash] need help building an mxp

1. Create a .mxi file describing the files you want to be included in
your extension. (the mxi should be in the same folder as all the
files)
2. Open the .mxi with Macromedia Extension Manager
3. It will ask you where to save the .mxp file, then it creates it.
Here is the documentation on the mxi file format (it's just an xml file)
