[osflash] fosFORO is now in English

[theNinjaBunny SuperHero]

The project fosFORO ( www.osflash.org/fosforo ) is now "written" in more
Universal Language (English, instead of Spanish)

Some problems have come with this "update", they were solved, but i don't
know if there were some more.(Feedback is welcome)
The constructor has changed and class name (fosforo >> Fosforo, and now
"relacion" params is not requiered)
