First of all, keep in mind that in this exams Macromedia/Adobe will verify
your knowledge and experience using the software and when engaged to a
project regarding Flash's functionality. So, a good experience using it for
about 5 months at least is recommended.
 
Regarding literature options, the best of all you can find is the

Hello guys.

 

Excuse me for off-topic, but may be somebody know and heard something about
Macromedia Flash Developer Certification exams

lashmx_developer.html)? My company is going to start flash developers
certification process so currently we are searching for any information
about: level of questions, feedbacks, literature and manuals to prepare for
exams. So if somebody have any related information please write me
personally about. Any help is appreciated.
