Based on what you stated about trademarks, it would appear that there is 
a strong precedent to the word "Flash" being used by other products. 
Regardless of which road Adobe decides to take, I believe it is very 
important that the community understands Adobe's stance in this matter. 
I do hope that some sort of public announcement will be made regarding 
this so we know (in simple terms, not legalize as we're all developers 
here) what we can and cannot call our projects, web sites, etc.

I personally am very interested in knowing if this concerns OSFlash and 
Flashcoders.
