[osflash] need action script help

 My company has developed an actionscript application using MTASC and we are
looking for a flash/actionscript expert to help us optimized and debug. We
have spent much time researching various work-arounds, but feel that we would
do better if we could hire someone with experience in working around flash's
flaws. Initially, at least, this would be a part-time, hourly position. We
already have a geographically distributed development team, so working
remotely would not be an issue.

If you really know how to beat flash into submission, please send your resume
