[osflash] Open flash help from eclipse

Good. :) But I've finished my graduation some weeks ago, and I'm starting on my own. I do not have 199,0€ to give for this feature. :| I hope I had...

FDT has some support for this feature.

Open up preferences > FDT > Tools > Flash Help
