Hi Niko,

We could certainly do that, but then it's harder for people to report
real bugs. We tried that before and it was too cumbersome to have
people register beforehand. it's a good idea though, maybe each
project could have one account and it's published on the mailing list
for those that want to report bugs. That would at least cut down on
the amount of spam.
