[osflash] AsUnit XUL UI finally on OS X (introducing AsUnit-X

Hi everyone,

A quick heads up that I made a standalone OS X app from the XUL UI  
for AsUnit today and packaged it up in a DMG. It's released under the  
same license as AsUnit (LGPL).

Hopefully, this should help make AsUnit more accessible to Mac-based  
developers.

Once again, big props to Luke and Ali for making it all possible in  
the first place :)
