[osflash] Two simple questions

I haven't tried this, but some searching revealed this tutorial,
might help:

However, I don't think flashplayer can export to a jpeg... you might
be able to get the color info from a frame and pass it to an external
app as described at the above link ( ? ).

Anyone know a good way to get FMS-style metadata into Red5 .flv's
(recording from a webcam) ?
If I do 'strings' on an FMS-created .flv, I get:
onMetaData
duration
@1AG
videocodecid
audiocodecid
canSeekToEnd
createdby
FMS 2.0
...and 'strings' on a Red5-created .flv yields only:
((()
1AA1O
Any advice? I need canSeekToEnd so that the playback swf that
plays back the recorded .flv's can seek.
