[osflash] Making Installers for Windows - Mac

For Mac OS X, it depends on what you're distributing.  It's HIGHLY  
recommended that you simply distribute a standalone application  
bundle.  If that's not possible, you can just use Apple's free  
PackageMaker tool.  You get it when you install Xcode, it's in / 
Developer/Applications/Utilities.
