Maybe you like sephiroths threshold experiment:

It takes care of loading the images and nicely stores the image locations 
In a xml file.

hi,

I know Alex Uhlman's Package. I was looking for something different though.
For example, I have two bitmamps, and I want to fade one into the other with
some kind of masking-effect...
