[osflash] red 5 and ressources

  On a Celeron 2.4Ghz server with 1GB RAM and a 10Mbps connection (running Centos 4.3 Linux), I added the red5 server process from the 0.4 tarball. Aside from the bandwidth it consumes relaying connections, you'd hardly know it was there. On the other hand, if you're running all that stuff on a Windows box, you're on your own.
