[osflash] 'flash.filters.*' inside class - not compiling

i have a Tooltip-class where i want to implement
'flash.filters.DropShadowFilter'. neither mtasc nor the flash compiler
would let me compile this thing.

it's always 'The class or interface ...' could not be found.

anyone a solution ?
