[osflash] how to install a specific version of flash player on Firefox with flash player without JS

Hello,
I wonder whether there is a nice and clean way how to install a specific 
version of flash player on FF without JS.
I works when there is no flash player installed on a client machine but 
when it's there and JS is disabled I can't
work out an user is redirected to download the given version of flash 
player.
Any ideas welcome.
