[osflash] How to generate binary data to use in DefineSound tag

Sorry if this is a bit OT, but I am looking for a way to generate binary
data from wav or mp3 files to use in a DefineSound <data> tag. Have searched
endlessly, to no avail. Need a command line process to do this in the
background for an application I am creating. Thanks in advance.
