[osflash] Where to get HXDT source?

Hi, as it's in its site

*HXDT is made for Eclipse 3.1>>*

HXDT is discontinued, or something similar because there is no news since
December 2005. I would like to get the source, and if i can, go on this
project.

I have to name it different if i use the source to improve it?
