[osflash] as3 & mxml syntax files for the SciTE editor

hi again,

i cleaned those files and put them back online, if you see any errors
or missing stuff and have spare time, don't hesitate. [OT] if someone
knows how to enable "actionscript syntax"  in mxml files (like embed
php, js, css in html) i'd be glad to learn :)
