[osflash] Using DefineSound tag with simple tags

Is there a way to use the DefineSound tag along with the simple dialect like

<movie width="700" height="500" framerate="10">
	<frame>
		<library>
			<clip id='id' import='test.png' />
		</library>
	</frame>
</movie>

I haven't had any luck so far, thanks for any help.
