Hey João,

It is hard to believe that the Casting Office application built by João
Saleiro is a student project. It could easily form the basis of a case study
in how a Rich Internet Application /should/ be built and stands as a
successful artifact of a solid development workflow utilizing best-of-breed
tools and processes. João and his team have built an application with
immediate real-world value and a clean, rich interface that is both
extremely usable and bursting with aesthetic appeal. 
Regardless of the grade this project receives, it has already earned an 
A+ in the eyes of their peers.
