[osflash] FLASC explanation to clear up the cp/pack questions

Just to make sure everyone knows - it's been cleared up ;)

It was just a matter of telling the compiler what to include really (that
and adding another button to the item prefs window).  It's working great
here and has cleared up some confusion for at least one other developer ;)

Anyway, give er' a go and let me know what you think,
