I'm not at all sure what to tell you, other than I'm sorry it's not
working for you. Quicktime is always doing things like that to people.
I'm hoping that they start using something like Red5 in the future for
their streaming videos.

At any rate, I was able to view the video just fine on my Mac running
the latest Quicktime player (QuickTime™ Version 7.1.3, Player Version
7.1.3 ). Perhaps updating Quicktime on your computer might do the job.
