[osflash] Streaming Video Through Red5

I just installed the Red5 server on Windows Server 2003 and it works
amazingly well. Kudos to the developers for doing such a fine job.

I am currently streaming using the Windows Media Server but it has its
drawbacks, so I'm working toward going to a Flash streaming solution to make
my videos available to a much larger audience. I've already converted a few
WMVs to FLV and they stream beautifully.

Unfortunately I'm not a Flash developer, and I don't know of any to consult
(that's where you guys hopefully come in).

I'm using the ofla_demo.swf to test, however I need to find or have a new
player developed. Is it possible to use any other FMS players out there
with Red5, or do I have to make a new one based on ofla_demo? I don't even
need a library (video list). I just need a player (like the one in
ofla_demo) with a few nav controls to pause, stop, and move the position of
the video. I also need to be able to change the video via JavaScript from
my own library list. If there's a possibility to send the player a list of
videos to play, I'd also like the ability to pre- and post-roll video.

Thanks for any assistance you might have!
Jack
